Rev. Rudolph Randall was installed as the 17th  Pastor of  First Baptist Church of City Point on September 23, 2018. Prior to that, he served as Associate Minister at Riverview Baptist Church in Richmond, Virginia. 

The attributes that best describe Pastor Randall are his strong preaching, leadership development and counseling skills. He expressed a burning desire to lead a church like First Baptist Church of City Point where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the Body of Christ.  Pastor Randall takes worship and preaching very seriously.  

He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Finance. He completed his Master of Divinity degree from Virginia Union School of Theology in May of 2018. He is inspired to honor God and his mentor, now with the Lord, Dr. Ralph Reavis, by wearing Dr. Reavis’ robe as a constant reminder that he must continue to study to become all that God would have him to be.

Pastor Randall is happily married to the beautiful Rachel, and they have two lovely daughters, Taylor and Sydney.
